Learn a series of stretches and exercises drawn from dance and yoga to increase your joint mobility and flexibility. INFO
 
Independent Joint Mobility:
Fluid body movement comes from the ability to operate individual joints independently but in conjunction with the whole. Learn exercises and drills to increase grace and coordination for any athletic endeavor. Crucial to absorbing impact in a fight! INFO
 
Supple Striking:
Use your entire body as the weapon. Learn to generate power utilizng a natural fuid motion in the spine and limbs using unconventional stiking points. Take the gap out and deliver instantaneously! INFO 
 
Leg and Hip Manipulations:
Learn to absorb and redirect an attack to your legs by utilizing Supple Spine concepts and techniques. Confound your attacker by counter striking while he still believes he's winning! INFO
 
Ground Engagement:
Sooner or later, everyone falls - some of us even intentionally. Learn techniques to engage the ground in a participatory rather than an adversarial way is essential for everyone! INFO
